Mulberry, Kansas is located on the east boundary of the Northeast school district right on the Missouri border.
The first graduating class was in 1914 when the school was located in the two-story Lincoln school building. The building which housed Mulberry High School for most of it's life was completed in December, 1918. The building was used until 1966 when the schools of Arma, Arcadia, Franklin, Englevale and Mulberry were consolidated into the Northeast Unified School District 246.
For over 80 years there has been an annual Mulberry High School Alumni Reunion. In recent years it has been held at the Mulberry Senior Citizens Building in Mulberry. Eighty Mulberry High School Alumni attended the 2008 reunion.
